Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using REanalyze (“the Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

REanalyze is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps real estate investors analyze deals, track their pipeline, calculate investment metrics, and access educational resources. The Service uses publicly available property data, user-provided inputs, and AI-assisted analysis to generate reports, verdicts, and recommendations.

REanalyze is not a licensed financial advisor, real estate broker, mortgage lender, or investment advisor. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. All analysis, verdicts, and recommendations are for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or are used for fraudulent purposes.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Plan

The Free plan provides limited access to the Service at no charge, including up to 3 deal analyses per month and basic pipeline functionality. Free plan limits may change with reasonable notice.

Investor Plan

The Investor plan is offered at $49 per month (or an equivalent annual rate) and includes unlimited deal analyses, full pipeline access, AI-powered verdicts and coaching, due diligence reports, market data, and network management tools.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due. All prices are in USD. We use Stripe for payment processing; your full card details are never stored on our servers.

Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan.

We may cancel or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms, with or without notice.

6. Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions: Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.

Annual subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase and have used fewer than 5 deal analyses, you may request a full refund. After 7 days or after 5 analyses have been run, annual payments are non-refundable. No pro-rated refunds are issued for the remainder of an annual term upon cancellation.

Refund requests may be submitted to support via the contact information below. We reserve the right to deny refunds if we determine the policy is being abused.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or resell data or outputs from the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to develop a competing product
• Circumvent usage limits through automated means or multiple accounts
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or unlawful content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

8. Intellectual Property

All software, design, trademarks, and content on the Service are owned by REanalyze or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal real estate investment activities. No other rights are granted.

You retain ownership of data you input into the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use that data to provide and improve the Service.

9. Third-Party Data and Services

The Service integrates with third-party data providers (including but not limited to property data APIs, mapping services, and AI providers). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Property information, estimates, and market data are provided as-is and may not reflect current conditions.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS OBTAINED WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

REANALYZE DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR INVESTMENT OUTCOME. REAL ESTATE INVESTING INVOLVES SIGNIFICANT RISK, INCLUDING TOTAL LOSS OF CAPITAL.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REANALYZE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REanalyze and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
