REanalyze (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store plaintext passwords.

Financial Profile Data

To personalize your deal analysis, we collect the financial profile information you voluntarily provide, including:

• Liquid capital available for investing
• Annual income
• Monthly debt obligations
• Credit score range (e.g., 700–739)
• Employment type
• Pre-approval status and amount
• Target investment strategies and markets

This information is used solely to generate personalized analysis within your account. It is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used to make credit decisions.

Property and Deal Data

When you analyze a property, we collect the property address, your deal inputs (purchase price, financing terms, estimated rents, expenses), and the analysis results. This data is stored in your account so you can access past analyses and manage your pipeline.

Contact Information

If you submit a request for personalized guidance or support, we may collect your name, email address, and phone number.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken. This data is used to improve the product and is not linked to personally identifiable information in any way we share externally.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to maintain your session, remember preferences, and support authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may affect the functionality of the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Personalize deal analysis and recommendations to your financial profile
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts)
• Respond to support requests and inquiries
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your financial profile data to train AI models accessible to other users or to make automated decisions that affect your rights.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase, a cloud database platform that uses PostgreSQL with row-level security. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS. Data at rest is encrypted by our storage provider.

Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or bank account details.

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We share data with trusted vendors who help us operate the Service (e.g., Supabase for database storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Anthropic for AI analysis). These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of REanalyze, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: If REanalyze is acquired or merges with another company, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes (typically up to 7 years for financial records).

Deal analysis data and pipeline records are retained as long as your account exists. You can delete individual deals from within the app at any time.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request that inaccurate data be corrected.
• Deletion: Request that your personal data be deleted. You can delete your account from Settings, or contact us to request full deletion.
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection:Object to certain types of processing, including direct marketing (we don’t send marketing emails unless you opt in).

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. 9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
